Charlie Rogers began his career at Kennedy Wilson Brokerage in 2018 as an intern. After graduating from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in 2019, Charlie joined Kennedy Wilson Brokerage full-time as an associate. He specializes in retail leasing in the Greater Los Angeles area and actively works with city agencies to create business-friendly and community-driven projects.
Charlie is currently the exclusive agent for over 90,000 square feet of commercial space on behalf of owners such as Auerbach Realty, Banc of California, Cypress Equity Investments and Steaven Jones Development.
In his spare time, Charlie enjoys playing golf, attending concerts, and going to the beach.
