As Vice President in Kennedy Wilson’s brokerage division, Matt specializes in retail tenant representation. For over 25 years, he has been recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate brokers and retail leasing professionals in Southern California. He is an experienced and accomplished real estate professional with a successful track record completing over $800 million of real estate transactions with a list of many regional and national retail/restaurant names in the shopping center industry. Matt has been a member of ICSC for over 20 years and an active member of the shopping center industry in Southern California.

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Matt was Vice President at Sachse Real Estate Company for nine years; Director of Leasing for the Irvine Company for two years; and Director of Real Estate for Wherehouse Entertainment prior to that.

Matt began his shopping center career with the Alexander Haagen Company, one of the most prominent developers of shopping centers in Southern California, as a leasing representative responsible for the company’s substantial portfolio of shopping centers. Prior to relocating to Southern California in 1991, Matt began his career as a sales associate with CB Commercial in Tampa, Florida.
