Senior Portfolio Manager

Jaimie Marchand is the Senior Portfolio Manager for Kennedy Wilson Properties Northern California. She has been with Kennedy Wilson since 2010. Her diverse portfolio consists of commercial, office, industrial, and retail properties under contract for management. Ms. Marchand specializes in retail properties and bank owned REO’s as well as tenant and vendor relations.
She is committed to the highest level of ethical standards and ensuring that her clients receive the highest quality of service for their assets. Her goal is to do right by her clients and customers in every way, from listening to their needs to going above and beyond in helping them achieve their goals.
She has worked alongside Kennedy Wilson’s Director of Construction Management and oversees construction projects and tenant improvements on properties throughout California and Nevada.
Jaimie oversees all financial aspects of her portfolio, working closely with the assistant controller and property accountant. Her knowledge of complex CAM reconciliations and budgets make her invaluable to Kennedy Wilson’s third-party portfolio.
Ms. Marchand has 20 plus years’ experience in property management. Prior to joining KWP, Ms. Marchand served as Project coordinator for Panattoni. She was responsible for importing budgets, CAM Reconciliations and oversaw vendor management for industrial, office and retail properties.
Previously, Ms. Marchand was Senior Assistant Property Manager for 9 ½ years at Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc. At Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc., she assisted in managing 65 retail properties.
• Westside Apartments in Redding, CA – 74 units (33 occupied, 41 vacant). Property consisted of 4 buildings, 34 studio, 16 one bed/bath, 17 two bed/one bath and 7 three bed/one bath units.
• 609/611 16th Street, Sacramento, CA – this was a combination of residential on top and retail on bottom
•54 Cherry Lane, Oroville, CA – 7 apartment units. Jaimie also assisted in the sale of this property.
