Ryan specializes in multifamily property acquisition and disposition in the greater San Francisco and East Bay markets. Drawing on his own experience purchasing, renovating, and managing multifamily property, he is passionate about helping investors identify and capture value. His background in Industrial Engineering drives him to focus on providing clients with superior levels of efficiency and analysis in all phases of the real estate investment and sales process.

An avid traveler, Ryan has lived in many states across the U.S. as well as some international locations such as Belize and Australia. His first multifamily property purchase was conducted entirely virtually while on assignment at Boeing Australia. It was that purchase that he cites as “the moment he caught the multifamily investment bug” and was a major influence on his decision to enter the real estate profession.

When not working or traveling Ryan can likely be found coding pet projects in VBA or Python, taking walks with his actual pet, his dog Ozzy, or cheering for his favorite NFL team, the Seattle Seahawks.
