Assistant Property Manager

Job Summary:

Kennedy-Wilson Properties, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to play an integral role in the management of its award-winning office headquarters in Beverly Hills. Key Duties:

  • Maintain an accurate, in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the assigned property.
  • Assist the Property Manager with all aspects of the property operation including tenant relations, as well as process A/P and A/R in a timely manner.
  • Assist in completing the monthly financial package for ownership including preparation of variance explanations and detailed reporting on delinquencies.
  • Ability to enunciate clear feedback from the marketplace to the ownership.
  • Process the necessary documentation to effectuate the efficient implementation of the lease.
  • Provide a strong representation of tenant needs to all parties within the organization.
  • Provide concise reports, market data, and other documentation to ownership.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years minimum experience in commercial real estate.
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to interact effectively with prospects, tenants, peers, and management.
  • Respond to tenant concerns with promptness.
  • Ability to perceive and solve problems with tenants.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to successfully maneuver within both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Competent and persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial skills and ability to read and understand financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, email and general computer; Yardi experience a plus.
  • Outgoing and energetic.
