Kennedy Wilson Property Services Honors Women in Leadership

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (OCTOBER 11, 2021) – On October 5th, Kennedy Wilson Property Services hosted an exclusive reception at its Beverly Hills corporate headquarters to honor women at the firm who have demonstrated leadership in the commercial real estate industry. President Ed Sachse welcomed a gathering of Los Angeles area commercial property owners, developers, financial service providers and employees, and acknowledged the individual contributions of eight senior female team members.

“I am proud to say that over 60 percent of our senior team here at Kennedy Wilson Property Services is comprised of women, a statistic that I believe is rare in our industry,” said Sachse. “In fact, company-wide, over 58 percent of our team members are women.” According to a study conducted in 2020 by CREW Network, women make up just 36.7 percent of the commercial real estate industry.

Those receiving honors at the Women in Leadership event were:

Donna Clark – Senior Managing Director, Northern California
Christine Deschaine - Senior Vice President, Brokerage
Suzy Foster - Managing Director, Marketing & Business Development
Mary Jacobs – Managing Director, Arizona
Cathy Leap – Senior Managing Director, Pacific Northwest
Alice Myers – Senior Managing Director, Southern California
Monica Ponce – Chief Financial Officer
Sandy Surface – Senior Managing Director, Southeast

Sachse also announced three initiatives the company is pursuing to promote greater representation of women in the commercial real estate industry. Along with making financial contributions to professional organizations supporting women in CRE, Kennedy Wilson Property Services is committed to increasing female representation in its internship program and acting as an educational resource to encourage female participation through mentorship and guest speaking engagements.
