Sunset + Vine is a mixed-use property located at 1555 Vine St. in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles, CA. The property was built in 2004 and is currently anchored by retailer Bed, Bath, and Beyond. In 2011, one of the tenants filed for bankruptcy and in 2012, closed its 22,500 sq. ft. store. In 2013, Kennedy Wilson was engaged to re-tenant the vacant space.
