Kennedy Wilson Brokerage represented the tenant, IB Hospitality, in the leasing of 5,000 square feet of rooftop restaurant and bar space at Platform, a mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Culver City. IB Hospitality opened Margot at the property, an elegant restaurant concept with a market-driven menu inspired by coastal Mediterranean cuisine, regional wines and craft cocktails. Adjacent to the Metro Expo Line, Margot’s indoor and outdoor spaces include 360 degree views of the city, ample natural light and a variety of different dining experiences.
