Kennedy Wilson Property Services oversaw $5 million interior renovation and re-tenancy of entire property. High profile media company MRC currently occupies 100% of building.

Strategy & Results
Kennedy Wilson Property Services was instrumental in the repositioning of 100 N. Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills from a multi-tenant building at 78% occupancy to a single tenant building at 100% occupancy. In addition to coordinating the lease terminations and move out process for all existing tenants by May of 2019, our team worked closely with ownership in reviewing the construction plans for new tenant MRC to occupy the entire building, and overseeing $5 million in tenant improvement construction. Our property services team led the move-in process for MRC’s 500 employees who work for the company’s notable subsidiaries including The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, Vibe and Dick Clark Productions. With an additional $200,000 of capital improvement projects in the pipeline, Kennedy Wilson Property Services directed efforts to improve the energy management system, replace the building sump pump system, upgrade the fire life safety system and design a new parking valet area, providing indispensable service for our client.
